Getting started
- Most domiciliary clients have an assessment within 48 hours and visits starting within the week. Hospital discharges and specialist crisis cases can move faster — typically 24–48 hours.
Cost
- Domiciliary visits start at £28/hour weekdays. Live-in care starts at £1,295/week. Specialist clinical pathways are priced per plan after assessment. Every quote is written, transparent and free of hidden fees.
Carers and safety
- Every Oaklume carer is interviewed twice, DBS-checked, reference-checked and completes a 60-hour funded induction before starting. We hire about 1 in 18 applicants.
